Day 57 & 58

Can't believe how quickly the time is passing but also how long 90 days is, if that makes sense? You have your ups and down but at the same time I'm learning how important it is to set goals. I have wavered, I have stumbled and I haven't been perfect by any means but I'm still focused on my goal of transforming my body shape in 90 days. Having that end goal, writing it down and making it public means that I will be more likely to stick to it. It doesn't necessarily mean that I will but my chances of success will be far greater if I do. What's your goal or goals? Free weights session last night and body weight exercises planned for tonight. I will post an updated picture on Thursday (60 days).
