Day 15
The reason why most people don't follow through and reach their goals is because they don't write them down. When you write them down (or blog about it in this case) your brain says 'hang on a minute, this time he's serious, he's writing them down...' Rather than just thinking about what you would like to do or talking about what you would like to do, write them down and follow through until they become a reality. Do this time and time again until goal setting becomes normal. I realised today that if I hadn't blogged about my '90 Day Challenge' I may have given up by now. How often have you started something and then a few weeks later forgotten about it or given up? Just for the record 'Toddler Training' today....watch now by clicking on the title, 'Day 15.'
