Day 3

Feeling a bit sluggish yesterday...part of the 'detox' process and sudden increase in volume of exercise I suppose. Much better today and managed to get through a 1 x hour free weights session. Just for the record I will document everything I am going through ie diet, tips, plans, workouts etc and make it available at the end of the 90 day challenge. Who knows...maybe even a book? The challenge is to Transform My Body in 90 days! Unlike other mini detox plans, fad diets, magic pills etc promising the world and delivering little this process will be done properly. No stone shall be left unturned and hopefully the result will speak for itself. I would like other people to replicate it too...ie leave a trail to follow. I haven't done this before but I am relying on all the experience and research I have done previously to help me get the best possible result.
